Apply for the Product Designer

We're partnering with an innovative product team exploring how AI is reshaping the way digital products are designed, built, and delivered.

We're looking for someone who can move beyond static mockups and help turn ideas into working products. You'll combine strong product design fundamentals with AI-powered development workflows to rapidly prototype, validate, and ship experiences across web, mobile, and emerging AI-native interfaces.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end product experiences across web, mobile, and AI-native applications

• Translate ambiguous ideas and product requirements into user flows, prototypes, and working solutions

• Use AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Claude, v0, Lovable, and similar platforms as a core part of your workflow

• Build and iterate on prototypes, MVPs, and production-ready experiences

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering stakeholders to solve complex user problems

• Present design decisions and product recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Evaluate, refine, and improve AI-assisted design and development workflows

• Balance speed, experimentation, and product quality while working in fast-moving environments

What We're Looking For

• Experience designing digital products in agencies, consultancies, product studios, or fast-paced product organizations

• Strong UI/UX fundamentals, including information architecture, interaction design, user flows, and product thinking

• Proven ability to take ownership of products from concept through delivery

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to create prototypes, applications, side projects, or production-ready solutions

• Understanding of frontend concepts such as components, responsive layouts, design systems, and application state

• Ability to assess and guide AI-generated code and recognize when outputs need refinement

• Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly evolving requirements

• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating directly with clients or stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience building with modern frontend technologies

• Experience creating AI-powered applications, agents, or conversational interfaces

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows

• Personal projects demonstrating experimentation with AI tools and emerging technologies
