Apply for the Senior Product Manager (Short-Term)
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for a Short-Term Contract to lead the integration and expansion of a rapidly growing digital healthcare platform that unifies clinical and wellness services into a single user experience. This role will focus on defining how new offerings—including diagnostics, genetics, prescribing, and emerging therapeutic products—are integrated into the platform in a cohesive, scalable way. The ideal candidate brings deep experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and product management, with strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, regulatory considerations, and AI-native product development. This is a highly collaborative, remote consulting engagement requiring significant overlap with US Eastern Time and close partnership with engineering, clinical, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead product integration strategy across the platform, ensuring new offerings fit seamlessly into existing workflows, data models, and user experiences.
- Partner with leadership and clinical teams to transform emerging product concepts into clearly defined, scoped, and deliverable solutions.
- Identify opportunities to standardize workflows, UX patterns, and platform capabilities while maintaining necessary product-specific requirements.
- Develop and prioritize product roadmaps across multiple initiatives, balancing business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams on architecture, integrations, and platform scalability considerations.
- Translate complex clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into intuitive, compliant product experiences.
- Leverage modern AI tools and methodologies to accelerate product development and identify meaningful AI-driven opportunities for patients and providers.
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, gather user insights, and drive continuous iteration and improvement.
- Facilitate alignment across distributed, cross-functional teams operating across multiple time zones.
Core Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping successful products and owning significant product areas.
- Strong experience within healthcare, wellness, clinical services, diagnostics, longevity, functional health, or related healthcare technology sectors.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineering, clinical, operations, and compliance teams.
- Experience designing and managing platform-based products that integrate multiple services, workflows, or third-party systems.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, PHI handling, consent management, and regulatory considerations.
- Strong understanding of product architecture, integrations, data models, and workflow design.
- Experience utilizing modern AI tools and AI-enabled product development practices.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and bring structure, clarity, and alignment to evolving product initiatives.
- Excellent prioritization, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
