Apply for the Senior Fullstack Engineer (Node/Python + React)
We are looking for a senior full-stack engineer to help build and harden the MVP a seed-stage AI platform that captures how people work with AI, turns that work into reusable skills, and shows individuals and managers how it pays off. You’ll work across a React/TypeScript frontend, backend services, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on backend, DevOps, and production LLM systems. The product includes a telemetry collector, analysis pipelines, a GitHub app, and a web app with dashboards and skill sharing, and it’s deployed into customer cloud environments with enterprise-grade privacy requirements. This is a full-time, remote contract starting around November 30, with an initial 6-week term and likely extension through the 2–4 month MVP timeline based on project needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build features across the stack, including the React/TypeScript frontend, backend services and APIs, and data pipelines.
- Assess the existing codebase and help decide what to keep, adapt, or rewrite.
- Build and maintain infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, including deployments into customer AWS and Azure environments.
- Support deployment of AI agents (such as code and document review agents) in production.
- Build and maintain telemetry pre-processing that runs inside the customer’s cloud before data leaves it, including PII filtering and compliance controls.
- Pair with the client’s engineering team, review pull requests, and raise architecture concerns early.
- Work in small, well-communicated increments toward a hardened MVP on a tight timeline.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience, with strong React and TypeScript skills.
- Strong backend experience in Node.js or Python, including relational databases and API design.
- Hands-on DevOps experience with Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar).
- Production experience with AWS and/or Azure.
- Experience building or operating LLM or agent-based systems in production, such as tool use, orchestration, evals, or deployment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience building GitHub Apps or other developer-tooling integrations.
- Experience with telemetry or data pipelines.
- Security- and privacy-minded architecture experience, especially with enterprise data handling.
- Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
