Apply for the Partner Success/Operations Support
At Kake, we build long-term partnerships between companies and world-class engineering teams. We’re looking for a Partner Success Support professional to help keep the day-to-day coordination behind those partnerships running smoothly.
This is a hands-on support role with a strong focus on communication and logistics. You’ll spend coordinating interviews and meetings, communicating directly with candidates and partners, managing follow-ups, and making sure everyone knows what’s happening and what comes next.
We’re looking for someone with a background in account management, customer success, recruiting, or a similar people-focused role who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing lots of moving pieces at once.
What You'll Do

Coordinate candidate interviews, partner meetings, and other scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones.

Communicate directly with candidates throughout the interview process, keeping them informed and ensuring a positive experience.

Track interview processes, feedback, follow-ups, next steps, and outstanding action items.

Work closely with Operations, Partner Success, Recruiting, Sales, and other internal teams to keep processes moving.

Proactively follow up with candidates, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across internal systems and tools.

Help identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, communication gaps, and other day-to-day blockers.
What You Bring

Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Recruiting, Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition, Client Services, or a similar people-facing role.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Experience coordinating meetings, interviews, or schedules across multiple people and time zones.

Confidence communicating directly with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

A proactive approach to follow-up and keeping things moving without needing constant direction.

Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable communication style

Experience working within remote-first teams and distributed environments.
