Must-have skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in the Rust programming language, including a deep understanding of core concepts like the Ownership Model, Borrow Checker, Lifetimes, Traits, and Macros.
- Strong background in systems programming concepts, including multithreading, concurrent programming, and performance-critical application development.
- Extensive experience with asynchronous programming in Rust, particularly using frameworks like Tokio and understanding the nuances of async/await.
- Proven experience designing and implementing highly scalable backend services and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with the Rust toolchain, including Cargo, and strong experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling and resolving complex architectural and coding challenges.
