Apply for the ServiceNow Engineer

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Engineer based in LATAM or Canada with strong hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). This role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and platform performance while supporting business-critical service operations. You’ll work across technical and functional areas to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, contributing to platform reliability and continuous improvement. Experience with Employee Center Pro and employee experience portals is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM workflows, automations, and platform capabilities
- Build and optimize solutions using Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, and platform performance tuning
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational stability
- Implement and maintain HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, including HR Case Management and lifecycle events
- Configure and manage scoped HR applications and privacy/security controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
- Ensure platform best practices, security, and maintainability are followed

Core Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Experience designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining ServiceNow platform performance
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Employee Center Pro / Employee Experience portals, including UI Builder, Service Catalog UX, and Workspace - customization
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources Service Delivery (CIS-HRSD) certification
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules or enterprise implementations
