We’re looking for Workday Developers highly skilled in configuring, developing, and optimizing Workday solutions across HCM and Financials. It's a great fit for people who enjoy owning the Workday platform end-to-end, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, and collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams.
What you’ll build and own
- Develop, configure, and maintain Workday solutions across HCM, Financial, and related modules.EIB
- Design and build integrations between Workday and internal or third-party applications.
- Develop custom applications and workflow enhancements, including Workday Extend solutions when applicable.
- Build advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business and analytics needs.
- Configure and maintain business processes and role-based security models aligned with compliance requirements.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and deployments across sandbox and production tenants.
- Troubleshoot configuration, integration, reporting, and data issues, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday technical development experience.
- Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Advanced Workday reporting skills, including matrix, composite, and BIRT reports and complex calculated fields.
- Solid understanding of Workday security configuration and the business process framework.
- Experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials modules, preferably with hands-on exposure to Workday Extend.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex configuration, reporting, and data issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have
- Workday Pro or partner certifications (e.g., HCM, Financials, Reporting, Extend).
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Accounting Center, or Workday Orchestrate.
- Exposure to Workday Illuminate and AI-driven features.
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Comfortable working flexible hours to overlap with distributed teams across different time zones.
