Apply for the Senior QA Automation Engineer – AI Agentic Workflows
Summary
We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer to help ensure quality and reliability across a rapidly evolving application ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating automated code changes generated by an agentic pipeline that continuously listens to customer friction from support channels (chat and voice) and produces direct code fixes from transcripts. Because these automated changes impact multiple areas of the codebase, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design robust test strategies, build flexible automation, and maintain high confidence in production releases. This position is ideal for a proactive quality engineer with a strong "doer" mindset who thrives in dynamic environments and can maintain end-to-end quality vision while moving at speed.
Core Requirements
-
Experience handling and validating changes generated by automated or agentic workflows listening to customer friction from support transcripts across chat and voice channels.
-
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across many different engineering and product teams to manage wide-ranging code changes.
-
Strong foundation in automated testing principles and end-to-end quality assurance methodologies across web, mobile, or backend architectures.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-driven software development workflows, agentic pipelines, or prompt-based code generation systems.
-
Hands-on experience with one or more common scripting and programming languages used in test automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#).
-
Experience working with popular test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, PyTest, JUnit/TestNG, or Jest/Mocha).
-
Demonstrated high level of agency and a proactive "doer" mindset, with the ability to hit the ground running and own quality end-to-end.
-
Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable automated test frameworks across multi-stack environments.
-
Ability to quickly understand diverse codebases, identify regression risks, and validate complex multi-system integration flows.
-
Experience defining comprehensive test strategies for diverse change types, ranging from frontend UI adjustments to backend logic and API fixes (e.g., REST, GraphQL, or Postman).
-
Strong product sense and deep customer empathy to effectively evaluate software behavior against real-world user friction points.
-
Solid experience integrating automated test suites into continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI).
-
Comfort navigating fast-paced, highly dynamic environments and adapting test plans as feedback loops iterate rapidly.
-
High attention to detail with a relentless focus on minimizing production bugs and user impact.
Nice to Have
-
Broad exposure to multi-language codebases and flexibility adapting to emerging test automation frameworks and libraries.
-
-
Experience analyzing support transcripts, customer service logs, or NLP outputs to inform testing scenarios.
-
Background working with event-driven architectures, microservices, or complex distributed systems.
Additional
